Andrew Parkin: President & Founder

Upon seeing a void in professional representation among Retail Automotive transactions Andrew incorporated Global Marketing Enterprises in 1995.  During this time Andrew is among top echelon in the industry and named ‘Best in Class’ for retail automotive M&A.  Since 1995 Andrew Parkin has successfully closed over 100 transactions and been a central figure and key consultant to several top 100 dealer groups in both public and private cap venues.  He brings a unique blend of deal making acumen to his clients as he fosters important relationships with manufacturers, industry trade associations and delivers results in the most detailed and  tenuous settings. Prior to founding Global Marking Enterprises Andrew worked with various brokerage and M&A firms on Wall Street including State Street Securities.  Andrew is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a BS in electrical engineering.  Andrew currently makes his home in Atlanta, GA with his wife & four children.

Jeffrey Hamsher: Director of Business Development

Jeffrey has over 25 years of experience in the sales, operations, market analysis, strategic planning and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has worked with “Top 500” international corporations with direct experience in Automotive, Staffing and Venture Capital sectors. As the former CEO/President of Mainstreet Funding Group, Inc Jeff increased revenues by 192% per year reaching $250MM. He brings to Global Marketing Enterprises, Inc. his corporate and operations development skills as well as his experience in the M&A marketplace. Jeffrey graduated from Penn State University with degrees in Business Administration. He resides in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.

James Goodwin: Director of New Client Development

Jim’s professional accomplishments are extensive throughout a career in automotive related businesses. After three years in the Army, Jim spent twelve years as a GMAC Branch Manager, Internal Auditor and Regional Manager. He joined Bank of America for twenty four years and left as Senior VP to run their Auto Division in charge of dealer Commercial and Indirect Lending for the southeast. He was the driving force behind the bank’s entry into dealership indirect lending, leasing, floor plan and large product leasing divisions including its aircraft leasing division. Upon early retirement from Bank of America, Jim accepted a position with World Omni Financial Corp, the finance arm of Southeast Toyota Distributors in five southeast states. Jim received the “Star of Excellence” as the key producer in commercial lending, floor plan, real estate & capital loans for Toyota and non Toyota dealers. Jim has also spent twelve years as co-owner of the Dogers’ AA Jacksonville Suns Baseball Club. Jim graduated from the University of Miami and makes his home in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Nathan Klebacha: Director of Corporate Development

Nathan has 13 years of financial experience; the most recent have been spent dedicated to mergers and acquisitions of franchised automotive assets.  A student of valuation and modeling Nathan continues to push the boundaries of traditional dealership valuations bringing classic back of the napkin values towards modern day security valuation.  Prior to Global Automotive Nathan was Senior Associate of Corporate Development with Asbury Automotive Group, the 4th largest automotive group in the country.  Nathan was responsible for the analysis, due diligence and closing of 50 franchises/property acquisitions and divestitures.  Prior to Asbury Automotive, Nathan was Assistant Portfolio Manager with Bear Stearns and Assistant Vice President of Trading and Operations with O’Shaughnessy Capital Management. Nathan graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1998 with a degree in accounting and is currently earning his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

David Collins: Senior Acquisitions Advisor & Strategic Partner

David has an impressive twenty seven year professional career in retail automotive profit development, credit, and vendor products based companies. Hailing from Memphis, TN David began his career with General Electric managing various portfolios and operation centers for mobile homes, aircraft and big ticket assets. After a stint with Barclays Bank he signed with World Omni Financial Corp and worked at their related firms including SE Toyota Finance and JM&A in several District Manager positions. David served as National Sales Director for their millennium spin-off financing servicing unit, CentreOne and later headed a sales division with LoJack Corporation. In 2004 he accepted a senior management position with Mobile Guardian/Numerex as their Executive VP of Sales. Pursuing entrepreneurial interests, he joined Go Big Software as a special consultant to transition the DealerTrack merger where he was a key component to help position their solutions in hundreds of dealerships. David is a Memphis State University graduate and resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife & two children.
